Long before there was a market, a product, or a sale, there was energy. The same electromagnetic charge that binds atoms, and the same gravity that holds galaxies together, decides what gets pulled toward a thing and what drifts away. A tired team with no charge pushes customers and opportunity off. An energised one pulls them in. QhraalOne works at that level, rebuilding the energy, habits, and reward culture inside any organization, from a 1-person storefront to a government department to a national corporate floor, until the operation itself becomes something people, money, and opportunity want to orbit.
Every program on this site is built and delivered by the same person. The method is not borrowed theory. It was built from inside three decades of telecommunications, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship.
Sthembiso Dlamini grew up in Ncangosini, a rural area close to Hlathikhulu, and attended Ebenezer Primary and Ebenezer High. He went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, majoring in Telecommunications, graduating in 2009. Before entering the telecommunications industry full time, he spent a short period lecturing the Delphi programming language at Oxford College and completed a four-month internship at Swazi TV, now Eswatini TV.
His telecommunications career began as a consultant on the setup of a fixed mobile network later branded One, built under the then Swaziland Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (now EPTC), through the management consultancy Rubiem Technologies. That consultancy work carried him to Harare, Zimbabwe, where he continued delivering network consultancy engagements at NetOne, TelOne, and Africom.
Returning to Eswatini, he joined the telecommunications sector first as a Human Resources Development Officer before transitioning into the technical ranks, starting as a cadet engineer in the Network Operations Centre (NOC). He rose to Senior Engineer for Research & Development and Planning before departing in January 2016 to focus fully on Touch IT Networks, a company he had already started in 2012. Under his leadership Touch IT Networks became a WiFi pioneer in the country, earning a GECS license from ESCCOM in 2017, while he simultaneously led the network consultancy that built Swazi Mobile, now Eswatini Mobile, from the ground up. He went on to pioneer the build of the Eswatini Ministry of ICT network from 2018, through the years that followed into the COVID-19 pandemic.
He then established Touch IT Networks South Africa in Johannesburg, followed by Quadrupleplay, building it into a creator of other internet service providers across South Africa before extending operations into Zambia on 4G and 5G networks. In South Africa he reinvented how fibre-to-the-home networks are delivered, pushing that delivery model into rural areas and sustaining it through the country's most severe stage-6 load shedding. Quadrupleplay, in his words, does not just build internet service providers. It builds the ecosystem those providers depend on.
The advance of artificial intelligence gave rise to MessageFlowQ, an entity built to simplify business processes and increase business value, and from that same body of work came QhraalOne, built to interpret the how behind that value: the energy a founder and a team actually need to deliver it.
In July 2026 he completed a Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation at the University of Johannesburg, enrolled since May 2022. Partway through that degree, in 2025, he began a two-year mentorship under Daniel Strauss, a renowned South African billionaire-mindset author and an active investor in more than 80 startups to date. He has long been a student of authors who study the energy entrepreneurs and their employees need to perform, and QhraalOne is the direct expansion of that study into a company of its own.
Across his entrepreneurial career he has faced a long series of real obstacles, and he treats each one as a working example in the rooms he now leads, not a story left behind.
This logic was not invented here. The universe set the terms. What follows is the physics every program is built on, translated into what it means for any team running an operation, large or small.
Every charged particle generates a field that reaches beyond itself and moves everything nearby without touching it. A founder or employee running on depleted energy radiates a flat, low field. Customers, staff, and referrals read that field before they read a pricing page. Raise the charge in the room, and the pull changes instantly. This is measurable, not mystical.
Mass bends the space around it and pulls everything nearby into orbit. The more concentrated the mass, the stronger the pull. A business with a clear, energised, consistently rewarded team becomes a gravity well of its own. It starts pulling in customers, good hires, and repeat contracts instead of chasing them one by one.
At the smallest scales, outcomes aren't fixed until a choice collapses them into one reality, and at the largest scales, physics allows for whole branching universes from a single moment. Every business faces the same branch point every single day. The state the team shows up in doesn't just react to that choice. It tilts which branch gets lived in.
Not generic motivation content. The programs were built to run inside a national corporate floor or a government institution, where any strain on energy or reward shows up at scale and the cost of getting it wrong is large. Smaller operations get the exact same rigor, which is precisely what makes a seat at this table worth having early.
Thousands of employees, dozens of departments, one energy problem repeated at every level. A single depleted layer in a large organization drags down everything built on top of it. The programs scale to divisional rollouts without losing the precision that made them work in a single room.
Public mandates are delivered by the same tired or energised humans as any private operation, just at a scale where the public feels every dip. The same field logic applies without alteration: energy, habit, culture, reward, proven in the room before it is trusted with the mandate.
Direct sales to customers: retail, food, personal services, home-based production. The field of the business and the field of its team show up in every customer interaction, whether it is intended or not. Charging it on purpose is the difference.
Delivery to other businesses: contracts, tenders, recurring supply. Consistency under pressure is the product. The internal energy and habit systems that keep delivery steady are built where no one outside is watching.
A field is only as strong as every charge inside it. Energy programs rarely work when only the owner attends. Founders and staff enter the room together, so the shift actually reaches the floor, not just the top.
The future, forecast the usual way, is only the past extended forward on the same line. Real growth, a genuinely new product, a genuinely new level of energy, does not come from refining that line. It comes from a quiet, unscripted space most entrepreneurs never visit: the unknown.
Every projection, every five-year plan, every stated vision of where the business is going is built entirely from memory: past sales, past habits, past limits. Planned that way, the future can only ever be a slightly adjusted copy of what has already happened. Nothing new is possible inside a straight line drawn from old data.
Between one thought and the next, there is a gap with no memory attached to it: no past failure, no past ceiling, no rehearsed identity. That gap is not empty. It is the only place a genuinely new idea, a new income stream, a new standard of leadership, can enter without being filtered through everything already believed to be true.
Thinking cannot reach the unknown. Thinking is the past replaying itself. QhraalOne sessions include a short, guided stillness practice that quiets the familiar mental loop long enough for the body and mind to rest in that open space, so a genuinely new decision, insight, or ounce of energy has room to arrive.
Every program moves people through the same sequence: see the current pattern honestly, break it deliberately, replace it with a culture that pulls instead of pushes, then prove it with numbers that can't be faked.
The current energy, habits, and reward gaps in the business are named honestly. Most people are unknowingly rehearsing the same tired state daily and calling it "just how it is." Nothing gets prescribed until this is named.
Live seminars and coaching deliberately interrupt the familiar, low-energy loop, the comfortable default the brain keeps returning to, and rehearse a higher-energy one until it becomes the new default, not a performance.
The daily rhythms (recognition, presence, generosity, real accountability) get embedded until the workplace becomes something customers, referrals, and good hires are drawn toward, instead of a business constantly pushing to be noticed.
Every gain gets tested against real numbers, not good intentions. Then it's fed back into pay, recognition, or equity, in a short, honest loop that can't quietly get diluted as the business grows.
Delivered however the business needs it: open enrollment or invitation only, from anywhere.
Live online sessions on energy, habit-breaking, and focus, built for founders and distributed teams. Recorded replay included.
In-person half/full-day sessions with live demonstrations of energy and motivation techniques a team can put to use the same day.
Flagship multi-speaker immersions bringing entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and institutional teams together: networking, practice, and public demonstration, in one room.
Held on location: a closed-door session built around the product, the B2C or B2B pressures involved, and the specific energy and reward gaps in play.
Ongoing personal coaching for the entrepreneur: sustaining energy at the top so it can be modeled and passed down to the floor.
A running monthly program that keeps energy high and helps employers, at any scale, build real, fair reward structures for employees.
A short guided meditation series for founders and teams, built to step out of the past-based habit loop and into the unknown space where new ideas and new energy actually originate.

Whether a team is packing orders for a retail shelf, fulfilling a service call-out, or delivering against a B2B contract, a low-energy, under-rewarded team produces the same flat, inconsistent output, no matter how good the product is. QhraalOne works on the field underneath all of it: the people. Fix that, and the pull changes everywhere at once.
Every date below is real and bookable today. A seat is only ever reserved once payment is completed. There is no other way to hold a place on this calendar.
